Video: Benicia Businesses Burglarized By Bad Guy

BREAKING: Can you identify who broke into Super Stop at the Southampton Center and Chevron gas station on Columbus Parkway?

BENICIA, CA -- Police say brazen thief has victimized a local businesses, and authorities are asking your for help to identify him.

The suspect broke into Super Stop at the Southampton Center and Chevron gas station on Columbus Parkway.

At about 03:50 a.m. on Dec. 20, Benicia Police Officers were dispatched to an alarm at Super Stop. Upon arrival officers found the front door had been smashed in. Just a few minutes later, while officers were investigating the Super Stop burglary, an employee arrived at work and found someone had broken the front door to the Chevron mini mart and burglarized it.

Security footage from both locations indicate that the burglaries were committed by the same person. A video of one of the burglaries can be seen on the BPD's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/18906...

This suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money at both locations and was seen driving a dark colored BMW sedan. He is also believed to be involved in similar type burglaries in Napa. If you have any information, contact Benicia Police Detective Harris (707) 746-4254.
