Winter 2015 SLHRS Open House & Train Show

Santa is back! Our 2015 Winter Open House and Train Show will happen December 5th & 6th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM both days. Our G&O crew will be running full steam ahead in the back yard with some exciting holiday themed trains and out HO crew will be inside running trains across our 4,000+ feet of scale track!

This event is FREE to the public! We’re located in Thrasher Park at 1302 Orchard Ave. in San Leandro (Google Map).

We will also have our bake sale, our train sale, and offering raffle tickets for some awesome prizes – just in time for the holidays! We will have a limited number of San Leandro Historical Railway Society black logo baseball caps for $12 – a great gift that shows your support of our mission. Santa will be back running his trains both Saturday and Sunday, with ample breaks to talk to the kids and take photos for just $5! We invite you to come on down, sip some cocoa, and have some holiday fun with us!

All proceeds from our fundraising efforts during the Open House go to the San Leandro Historical Railway Society, a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Organization. Please read our Mission Statement & come on down to see us and help support our efforts to keep the rails alive in San Leandro!
