How long has Chase’s Carpet & Blinds been in business?
Chase’s has been a family-owned business since 1974; we've been located in the Industrial Park since approximately 1993.

Your company offers carpet, blind cleaning and repair services. You also offer a full-range of window fashions. What is most-popular among your products and services?
Blind sales, cleaning and repairs are in high demand now that the weather is nice. People raise their blinds and find they are not working properly. Throwing blinds away when they don’t work isn't necessary. We'll repair them - cord restringing,  replace lock mechanisms, a number of repairs. 

As far as our products, our Hunter Douglas Duette, an insulating filtering honeycomb shade, is our most popular.  The Duette Architella qualifies for a federal tax credit because of its insulation quality. The line also includes shutters.

How do you get the word out that you are in the Industrial Park?
We do advertising and we receive many customer referrals.

What are the benefits of your Industrial Park location?
We house our showroom and cleaning operations here on-site. Our showroom is available for walk-in customers 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments are available outside those hours.

Anything else you would like to share with your Benicia neighbors?
As a family-owned company, with nearly four decades in business, we provide excellent customer service backed by the company, and we strive to satisfy.  If someone has an issue with a blind we go and take care of it.  Everything is guaranteed. We received the Best of Solano 2010 award for our window coverings; we are a Diamond Certified Company.
