3 Accused Of Robbing Man Near Cal Campus
The victim's shoulder bag and shopping bags were stolen at a Berkeley intersection, police said.

BERKELEY, CA – Three men arrested in San Francisco are accused of a strong-arm robbery Friday near the University of California Berkeley campus, according to authorities.
A shoulder bag and two shopping bags were stolen at about 7:30 p.m. from a man as he walked at the intersection of Bancroft Way at Telegraph Avenue, the UC Berkeley Police Department said.
The suspects fled north through the campus, and the victim's property was recovered on Lower Sproul Plaza.

The suspects were later arrested in San Francisco, police said, but weren't identified.
