AlCo Firefighters Participate in Solemn Ceremony
The honor guard traveled to Sacramento Saturday.
SACRAMENTO, CA — The Alameda County Firefighters Honor Guard participated in the 14th Annual California Firefighters Memorial Ceremony Saturday at Capitol Park in Sacramento.
The Memorial honors the men and women who gave their lives to protect their fellow Californians.
The ceremony included a uniformed firefighter procession, personal tributes and the presentation of a U.S. flag to the families of those whose names were newly added to the Memorial.
