The bars were a potential choking hazard for toddlers one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half years old, according to the FDA.

The recall was based on three consumer complaints that stated the snack was rapidly hydrating upon touching saliva, making it dense, dry and sticky, according to the FDA.

"No injuries have been reported to date," according to the company. "We are working with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to make sure affected products are removed as the company works on reformulating and families have the information they need."

The following products, which were distributed nationwide, were recalled:

"Consumers who have purchased this recalled Once Upon a Farm Tractor Wheels product should not open the package or consume the products," according to the company. "Instead, they should return the product to the location of purchase for a full refund or contact care@uponafarm.com."
