Ashby Village is an East Bay community of citizens 50 years and older, united as we age by the desire to remain socially active in the vibrant, culturally rich, multi-generational neighborhoods that we know and love.

Join us for a free informational session co-sponsored by East Bay Co-Housing!

· Learn how Ashby village enhances the quality of our members’ lives today while helping our members develop peace of mind about the future.

· Learn how Ashby Village volunteers of all ages contribute to the Village community through individual and team volunteer projects.

Ashby Village provides members:

• An alternative to traditional aging

• Cultural and educational events

• Social gatherings

• Support to remain an active participant in the community

• Home-based volunteer services and personal support

• Transportation

• Vetted concierge referrals to paid service providers

• Support after an illness or hospitalization

Ashby Village provides volunteers opportunities for:

• Individual service to members

• Team projects in members’ homes

• Office and administrative support

• Social events for volunteers

Event details:

• Light refreshments will be served.

• Street parking (the lot is reserved for residents)

• Venue is not wheelchair accessible. (There are 3 steps into the building.)
