Berkeley Deaths: Florida, 103; Acuna, 67

Patricia Ann Acuna: A resident of Clayton, Acuna worked at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. She also worked as an office manager for a Pittsburg doctor and as an administrative assistant for the teachers union in the Contra Costa Community College District. Acuna passed away on July 5 at the age of 67.

Vera Valena Chase Florida: A longtime resident of Berkeley, Florida will be remembered by family and friends at a funeral service on July 18. She passed away on July 10 at the age of 103.
