Berkeley Rapper Combines Music and Philanthropy

-April 16, 2015. KenSon Williams - a local emcee from Berkeley, CA - will release his seventh solo project entitled “Top of The Mind Volume 2”. Top of The Mind Volume 2 is KenSon’s second musical project this year and his third in the past 10 months. The young KenSon, who has been featured locally in East Bay Express and The Daily Californian, is looking to combine this album effort with another passion of his: giving.

Fifty percent of KenSon’s total sales will go toward helping the homeless in the Bay Area, both in shelters and on the streets. To make this a possibility KenSon is relying on the generosity and can-do spirit of Bay Area locals.

Interested parties can find Top of The Mind Volume 2 via KenSon’s website on Bandcamp (kensonwilliams.bandcamp.com). The music streaming service of Bandcamp allows artists to host their music and sell their music directly to fans. Top of The Mind Volume 2 costs $10 with the option to pay more.
