Bicyclist Suffers Serious Injuries in Crash With Car
The victim was transported to a local hospital. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
BERKELEY, CA: A bicyclist suffered serious injuries in a collision with a vehicle in Berkeley this afternoon, according to police. Officers responded to the vicinity of Fulton Street and Bancroft Way at 4:57 p.m. on report of a crash involving a bicycle and an automobile.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, and investigators have closed southbound Fulton between Kittredge Street and Bancroft. They’re asking drivers to use alternate routes if they’re going to that area. Further details were not immediately available.
