Cal Football Video Feature: Watch First Episode of 'The Grind' Monday
The movies give CalAthletics fans a taste of the preparation the Cal Bears are making for the 2014 season.

Fans can check out an all-access look at the first week of the 2014 Cal football training camp with the first episode The Grind making its debut Monday at Noon on the CalAthletics YouTube page.
The first of three episodes documents the team’s move-in day activities, life in Bowles Hall, team meetings and practices, coaches’ mic’d up sessions, a recap of summer workouts and much more.
“We want to give our fans an inside look at training camp and the work we are putting in to prepare for the 2014 season,” head coach Sonny Dykes said. “We’re excited about the upcoming year and want to share that excitement with our fans.”

The second and third episodes are scheduled to debut the following two Mondays on Aug. 18 and 25.
Cal will have two workouts Monday before its next practice open to the public Tuesday (3:30 – 6 p.m. PT). Training camp sessions will continue through Golden Bear Day presented by Bug Zappers Pest Control on Kabam Field at California Memorial Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 23 (2-4 p.m. PT). The Golden Bears open the 2014 campaign Aug. 30 at Northwestern and will host six games on Kabam Field at California Memorial Stadium this season, starting with the home opener Sept. 6 vs. Sacramento State. In addition, Cal will play Oregon on Friday, Oct. 24 at Levi’s® Stadium in Santa Clara.
