It immediately placed him in the upper echelons of composers during his day. " This is only the second time the Taneyev has been performed in northern California. The Saint-Saens Requiem has soloists and chorus echoing each other in soaring vocal lines with an effect both lucid and poignant. BCCO promises you a transcendent spiritual experience through the music of these rarely heard works of power and polyphonic genius.

Sharpen your skills in this focused drills clinic designed to improve stroke technique, footwork, consistency, and court awareness. Each 75-minute session features structured, high-repetition drills targeting groundstrokes, volleys, overheads, serves, and more, along with dynamic movement exercises and point-play situations. Coach Narguess provides light coaching, feedback, and encouragement throughout to help players refine their game.

10:00 – 11:15 AM — Level 3.0 – 3.5 (Early Intermediate to Advanced Intermediate)
Designed for early intermediate to advanced intermediate players, emphasizing refined technique, improved footwork, and point construction. Players should bring a tennis racquet, towel, water, and running or tennis shoes. In case of rain or other weather disruptions, make-up sessions will be held on the listed rain dates. Classes may be adjusted based on enrollment to ensure balanced group sizes.

Peace Practice is an invitation to slow down — a space to ground and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms of rest, digestion, and repair. The practices are gentle and body-based, offering simple ways to support your nervous system, especially during times when life feels intense or overwhelming.
Our virtual time together centers on cultivating inner peace through nervous system regulation. When the body receives cues of safety, chronic stress responses can soften, allowing the mind, emotions, and physiology to work together rather than remaining in survival mode.
Each session includes a live, guided practice with gentle meditation, somatic and vagus nerve exercises, grounding, and quiet reflection.
Peace Practice is offered once a month and will always remain free, because access to nervous system support should be available to everyone.
We meet on the first Wednesday of each month via Zoom 12:00 PM Pacific / 2:00 PM Central / 3:00 PM Eastern

Black Tie &amp; Tie Dye is a San Francisco tradition benefiting the thousands of low-income clients and people experiencing homelessness who turn to HealthRIGHT 360 each year for medical and behavioral health services. Founded during the Summer of Love as the Haight Ashbury Medical Clinic, HealthRIGHT 360 continues to provide nonjudgmental, compassionate healthcare in San Francisco and throughout California.This year’s Black Tie &amp; Tie Dye Happening will take place on the evening of Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Bimbo’s 365 Club in North Beach, San Francisco. There will be a featured live performance from Dee Coco &amp; Mixx Company, an R&amp;B and Pop-Rock Band that will have the crowd on their feet. Enjoy cocktails, mocktails, delicious passed hors d’oeuvres and an assortment of savory stations, silent auction, and many surprise activities. Guests are encouraged to dress in their finest 1960’s centric attire!Since our inaugural event in 2012, Black Tie &amp; Tie Dye has been one of the most successful fundraising nights and the biggest party of the year for Haight Ashbury Medical Clinics and HealthRIGHT 360.

The Collective Medicine Circle is a monthly mindfulness circle rooted in nature, seasonal rhythms, and nervous system regulation, held in Orinda, CA. This in-person gathering offers a steady, supportive space to slow down, ground, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the natural cycles that shape our lives.
Guided by mindfulness practices and nature-based reflection, each circle is gently shaped by the season we are in. Together we explore grounding tools, nervous system regulation practices, and shared inquiry that support presence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. This is not a class to perform or perfect — it is a circle to arrive, exhale, and be human.
The Collective Medicine Circle is ideal for those seeking stress relief, mindfulness in community, and a consistent monthly ritual for nervous system support. No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness is needed. All are welcome to come exactly as they are. 
This is a scent-free, trauma-informed space that honors accessibility, inclusivity, and the wisdom of moving at the pace of nature.
