About the event
A new month brings a natural invitation to see things differently—and this special Sunday in the Stacks is designed to help you do exactly that.
Join Laura Guzman, founder of Book Society and certified 200-hour Holistic Yoga Flow instructor, for a gentle, grounding yoga session that clears the mental clutter and opens space for new ways of seeing—yourself, your world, and what's possible ahead. Through mindful movement and breath, you'll be guided to release what's been weighing you down and step into the weeks ahead feeling refreshed, curious, and clear.
Se among the quiet shelves of the bookstore before opening hours, this intimate experience offers something rare: the stillness and space to actually shift your perspective.
Your ticket includes:
- A guided gentle yoga class led by Laura Guzman
- Post-session mimosa or NA beverage toast
- Exclusive access to Book Society during non-business hours
- A much-deserved moment of deep rejuvenation for the mind and body
Please bring a yoga mat and wear what feels comfortable. No prior experience is required—just an open heart and a willingness to unwind.
