Chocolatier Blue on Fourth Street Adds Ice Cream Parlor
Chocolatier Blue now offers one-stop shopping for all your sugar needs.

Known for their chocolate, has added homemade ice cream to their menu. Employee Christine Morlock says Fourth Street needed an ice cream shop as, surprisingly, no other ice cream shop exists there.
Owner Christopher Blue says, "I've known for a while that this location had unrealized potential and saw in [pastry chef Danyelle] Forte the prefect opportunity to deliciously expand and upgrade what we do."
Forte, 30, uses organic ingredients to hand craft her ice cream. The debut Parlor menu includes sundaes, shakes, floats and freezes.
