Berkeley, California (Tuesday, August 03, 2021) - Join one of the many gatherings throughout Berkeley and connect with neighbors and help build a stronger, more resilient Berkeley tonight -- Tuesday, August 3.

With more than 58 registered gatherings happening across the city Berkeley neighbors can come together for an evening of block parties, BBQs, and ice cream socials. Staff from Police, Fire, other city departments, along with Berkeley's elected officials, will be visiting events throughout the City to say hello.

National Night Out is a nationwide effort to make communities safer by building and strengthening relationships among neighbors. Strong neighborhoods help us become more resilient and improve our ability to recover after a disaster.
