OAKLAND, CA – A convicted robber pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter Friday for fatally shooting a man in West Berkeley in August 2013.
Krishna Ferreira, 26, of San Leandro, was charged with murder for the shooting death of 24-year-old Dustin Bynum in the 1800 block of San Pablo Avenue, near the Albatross Pub, at about 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2013.
