Do You Recognize This UC Berkeley Burglar?

Two suspects stole $25,000 worth of electronics, according to campus police. You may be able to help catch them.

BERKELEY, CA — Police are seeking two suspects who burglarized a building on the University of California at Berkeley campus last week, taking electronic equipment valued at $25,000.

On July 17 at around 7:45 a.m., campus police responded to a report of a burglary at Northgate Hall.

Investigators believe that the suspects entered the building through an unlocked window.

Investigators were also able to obtain surveillance images of the two suspects and have released them to the public in hopes that someone may be able to identify them.

The first suspect was described as a black man in his 20s with a slim build, average height. He had the lower portion of his face covered and was wearing a dark hoodie, a gold watch, shiny black pants with a distinctive
print and silver side zippers, red patent leather high top shoes, similar to Air Jordans.

The second suspect was described as black man in his 20s with a slim build, average height, and a goatee. He was wearing a black hoodie with gray stripes on the sleeves, black pants and black boots with multi colored
shoelaces.
