Screenwriter and author Daniel Pyne discusses A Hole In The Ground Owned by a Liar.

Daniel Pyne has been at home in the world of film, TV, and books for over 30 years. His long list of credits includes The Manchurian Candidate, Fracture, Any Given Sunday, and Miami Vice. He’s currently acting as showrunner on the new Fox TV show Alcatraz. He is also the author of the cult noir novel, Twentynine Palms. His new novel, A Hole In The Ground Owned by a Liar, is an action-packed mystery, set in Evergreen, Colorado, that follows two brothers who love--and sometimes hate--each other and their adventures in a gold mine (they bought off the Internet) that comes complete with tales of riches, a history of disappointment, and a couple of Pakistani-by-the-way-of-Jackson-Hole prospectors willing to kill for its contents.
