Paper artist Aimee Baldwin creates what she calls "vegan taxidermy": museum-quality botanical specimens of endangered and extinct species out of crepe paper and similar materials. Passenger pigeons, auks, Carolina parakeets and other extinct birds are represented. The exhibit upstairs from the Castle in the Air craft shop is free and open to the public.
