Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Pain

Do your shoulders and neck bother you?  Would you like to get rid of the pain?  This 4-session course will help you manage your pain and resolve problems in the neck and shoulder areas.  This short course will make a difference in how you feel throughout the day. You will also learn ways to practice at home and to take care of yourself in regular yoga classes.  No experience with yoga is required. Handouts are included in this series.
