Family of Missing UC Berkeley Student Offering Reward for Info

The family of a missing University of California at Berkeley student-athlete is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to his whereabouts, according to a report in The Los Angeles Times.
Eloi Vasquez, 19, has been missing since early Saturday morning in Los Angeles where he was last seen at a fraternity party, the school’s athletic department announced Sunday.

Vasquez grew up in San Rafael and attended Marin Academy, the report stated.
Anyone with information on Vasquez’s whereabouts is asked to call the Los Angeles police southwest area watch commander at (213) 486-8582 or during non-business hours, to call (877) 527-3247. Anonymous tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS (8477).
