“Gods and Heroes” is the theme of the Berkeley Baroque Strings final concert of the 2015-16 season. The orchestra will perform the “King Arthur Suite” and the “Suite from the Fairy Queen” by Henry Purcell. Also on the program will be Handel’s “Overture from Hercules,” “Overture from Xerxes,” and “Overture from Judas Maccabeus.”
The concert will take place at St. Clement's Episcopal Church, 2837 Claremont Blvd., Berkeley.
