Grove Park Construction

We live a block from Grove Park, and I walk by it every day on my commute to work, so the question is always on my mind; when will the basketball court and tennis courts be finished? There is no sign of construction vehicles anymore, and the fence I walk past is often falling over. All I can see are piles of broken up concrete.

If you read this "article" and you have some information, I'd love to know when this park will be open again. I know there are much more important things happening in the world right now, and most of my focus is beyond parks & recreation, but everyday I walk by I wonder, so thought I'd put this out to see if anyone cares, notices, or knows more.
