This course is about healing conflicts between the needs of the body and the demands of our mind. Gentle Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) exercises will be presented that allow feelings and sensations to flow more freely within and between body and mind. These feelings become a pathway to a more natural state of balance in which body and mind harmonize into a unified whole.

Open to all levels of students, including those with physical limitations who are looking for new ways to heal and regain vitality.
