Lion Rajen elected as 2nd Vice Dist. Governor

Lion Rajen Thapa charter President of Lions Club of Berkeley Annapurna has been elected as the 2nd Vice District Governor of District 4C3 in the District convention held in the city of Reno at Grand Sierra Hotel. The district convention held for four days starting Thursday 14th May to 17th May concluding with the Election Day and memorial Service to all the Lions who lost their lives and pray for the victims of Earthquake that hit Nepal. Lion Thapa is the first candidate representing the club to lead the District as Second vice District Governor .rajen.jpg?w=700

Lion Rajen Thapa thanked everyone for being there and making the convention a grand success. He also thanked to Lion Nourine who was also contesting for the same post. Then he expressed his utmost thanks to Lion Al Satake, all delegates, who participated in the poll, the convention committee, Cabinet of District 4C3 led by our dynamic District Governor Vince Lipinsky for all the hard work.

Club President Lion Hema expressed in her thank you note expressed her believe with confident that Lion Rajen will bring a refreshed energy in the district and his theme “Leading Lions to Excel” will be a practical reality.
