He was last seen July 9 at approximately 9:00 a.m. at his residence in the 5100 block of Foothill Boulevard, in Oakland.

Marinissen is a male white, 56-years-old, 6’ 3”, 150 pounds, brown eyes, and bald. He was last seen wearing a blue, long sleeved shirt.
Marinissen is in good physical condition, but suffers from schizophrenia.
