See it in Action: 'Perplexus,' a 3-D Maze

For this week's special, Albany toy store Five Little Monkeys is featuring Perplexus, a fun and challenging 3-dimensional maze game for ages six and older.

"It was a best-seller last holiday season," said 20-year-old Loreyna Mariscal, who has been working at Five Little Monkeys since last November.

Originally designed by Michael McGinnis, Perplexus has a 100 challenging obstacles as well as two more difficult versions, the Perplexus Epic and Perplexus Twist.

Five Little Monkeys is offering Perplexus at $24.99, a $5 discount from the regular price. The sale ends tomorrow and the store will choose a new weekly special.

Five Little Monkeys is a local toy store started by Albany Local and UC Berkeley grad, Stephanie Sala, in 2001. She was the oldest of five young siblings and started a toy store with her parents to remain a big part of her younger siblings' lives.
