
OAKLAND, CA — A big-rig crash, fuel spill and fire is snarling traffic on southbound I-880, starting in Oakland. Officially, it's only blocking one lane, but the curiosity slowing has traffic backed up for miles.
The incident is on southbound Interstate Highway 880 at 23rd Avenue in Oakland.
The wreck was first reported at 5:17 a.m. There's no word on when it will be cleared.
