Police say a serial burglar had stolen items from Berkeley, Orinda and Moraga.

BERKELEY, CA - Among the stolen items allegedly found in the possession of a suspected serial burglar who was arrested in Antioch last week was a Berkeley Fire Department uniform, according to a police report released today.
