Second course choices will be Classic Roast Turkey White and Dark Meat with Apricot Pancetta Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Season’s Vegetables, Cranberry Compote; Grilled Salmon with Celery Root Purée, Brown Butter, Brussels Sprouts Leaves, Chanterelles; Slow-Cooked Lamb Shoulder with Anson Mills Coarse White Grits, Braised Greens, Natural Jus, Autumn Vegetables; Grand Seafood Linguini with Mussels, Clams, Tomato-Braised Calamari, Shrimp, Scallops, Salmon, Fresh Saffron Pasta; Sweet Onion Risotto with King Trumpet Mushrooms, Young Walnuts, Apple Cider Brown Butter, Red Kuri Squash; and a third course choice of Pumpkin Pie with Rum Raisins, Whipped Chantilly; Pecan Pie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream; Apple Crostata with Cinnamon Ice Cream & Warm Vanilla Caramel Sauce.
