UC Berkeley: Cal-Washington Game to Air on Pac-12 Networks

The Pac-12 has announced Monday that Cal’s home game against Washington onSaturday, Oct. 11 will be televised by the Pac-12 Networks. Kickoff time from Kabam Field at California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley is 3 p.m. PT. Audio broadcasts of all Cal football games are also available on KGO 810 AM, the Cal IMG Sports Network, SiriusXM Satellite Radio and online at CalBears.com via TuneIn.
The game against the Huskies will also serve as Homecoming and take place during Parents & Reunion Weekend on the Cal campus.
Washington leads the all-time series over Cal, 51-38-4, including a current string of five in a row after Cal had won six of the previous seven contests. Washington was a 41-17 winner the last time the teams played in Seattle (Oct. 26, 2013) and registered a 21-13 victory during the most recent meeting in Berkeley (Nov. 2, 2012). Cal’s last win in the series was a 48-7 home triumph on Dec. 6, 2008.

Cal is 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the Pac-12 this season after a thrilling 59-56 double overtime win against Colorado in Berkeley last Saturday. The Golden Bears are looking for their first 4-1 start since 2008 when Cal travels to Washington State for its next contest this Saturday, Oct. 4 (7:30 p.m. PT, Pac-12 Networks).
Cal’s remaining 2014 schedule also includes a pair of primetime weeknight matchups.

Cal and Oregon will play the first-ever collegiate football game at Levi’s® Stadium in Santa Clara on Friday, Oct. 24 (7 p.m. PT). The contest will be televised by FOX Sports 1.
Cal and USC will square off on ESPN at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Thursday, Nov. 13(6 p.m. PT.).
Times and broadcast networks for all other remaining games are scheduled to be announced either six or 12 days in advance of each contest. Every Cal football game will be televised this season.
Cal will also play Pac-12 opponents UCLA (Oct. 18) and Stanford (Nov. 22) in Berkeley before concluding its 2014 regular season by hosting a non-conference game against BYU (Nov. 29).
The Bears travel to Oregon State on Nov. 1.
