Woman With Loaded Handgun Arrested: Police
The arrest was made at the marina on Saturday.
BERKELEY, CA — A 40-year-old woman from Oakland was arrested in Berkeley on Saturday for having a loaded handgun with an extended magazine, police say.
No injuries were reported.
Officers contacted two people in a vehicle on Spinnaker Way at the Marina around 4 p.m.

According to a report from police, "When officers searched the occupants, they discovered that the passenger (a 40-year-old Oakland woman) was armed with a loaded handgun with an extended magazine."
She was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, along with other offenses.
