BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Three men were arrested Thursday in connection with an assault and robbery that left a man with minor injuries in Beverly Hills, police said.

Three suspects attacked the man about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday as he was walking in the 9600 block of Wilshire Boulevard, according to Lt. Giovanni Trejo of the Beverly Hills Police Department.

The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle with a wallet and a watch stolen from the victim.

BHPD detectives identified the suspect vehicle in the crime, and it was later discovered by police in Los Angeles, Trejo said.

Three men were found occupying the vehicle and were arrested, and authorities were working to confirm if they were the same three suspects responsible for the assault and robbery, Trejo said. It was not immediately known if the stolen property was retrieved.
