Beverly Hills Investigates TikTok Party Mansion

Beverly Hills said that it is investigating the Clubhouse, an influencer collab house, that hosts raucous 100+ parties.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Beverly Hills is investigating an influencer mansion Clubhouse, one of several influencer “collab” houses in the city, where influencers live together and often host wild parties, to the chagrin of their neighbors.

The house, which was cofounded by 20-year-old TikTok influencer Daisy Keech, was home to a number of other influencers, like Katie Sigmond and Teala Dunn. Keech, who has over six million TikTok followers, founded the Clubhouse group after leaving another Beverly Hills collab house called the Hype House. The house itself boasts 1.3 million TikTok followers. Earlier this month, Keech left Clubhouse as well.

But in her time there, she caused quite a stir. Neighbors told the Beverly Hills Courier that the house recently held a party with over 100 people.

"They blocked both sides of the streets with cars, they were blocking some of my neighbor's driveways," a neighbor told the Courier, and showed them photos and videos that proved her point. "And when you wake up in the morning, you've got condom wrappers, you've got tequila bottles, you've got random socks and random dish towels."

"The city is aware of the violations and working to achieve permanent compliance with the owners of the property," Beverly Hills spokesperson Keith Sterling told Business Insider on Thursday.

A spokesperson for Clubhouse told Business Insider that the group was working with the city to resolve the situation, but was not aware of any ongoing investigations.

Beverly Hills and other cities around the Los Angeles area have begun cracking down on these party houses, which have sprung up as alternative nightclubs and often host maskless parties that violate the ban on large indoor gatherings . On August 19, Los Angeles mayor turned off the lights and hot water at the Hollywood Hills home of TikTok stars Bryce Hall, Noah Beck, and Blake Gray. On Friday, they were charged with one count of causing a public nuisance, which could result in up to a year in jail or $2,000 in fines.
