Beverly Officer Sean R. Connolly Memorial Toy Drive

Toys can be dropped off at North Beverly Plaza on Dec. 10.

BEVERLY, MA — The Beverly Police Department will honor late Officer Sean Connolly once again this year with the Sean R. Connolly Memorial Toy Drive.

Department personnel will be collecting toys for those in need in the community on Dec. 10 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at North Beverly Plaza.

This is the third year of the Connolly Toy Drive.

Residents are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy.

Connolly, of Rowley, died unexpectedly on Oct. 29, 2020. He was 53 years old.

Connolly worked for the police departments in Hamilton and Beverly.
