Beyond Emmys with GBK Productions

The king of luxury lounges continues to surprise, and this year’s annual Emmy lounge was no different. Celebrities gathered at Beverly Wilshire Hotel for savory bites, one-of-a-kind gifts, and luxury trips, including a stay at SailRock Resorts in Turks & Caicos, S Hotel in Jamaica, and Raiwasa, a private, exclusive resort in Fiji.

Closer-to-home trips were also gifted by Fit Farm, the all-inclusive, 160-acre fitness retreat in Nashville, and La Peer, Kimpton’s 5-star West Hollywood hotel.

Treatment experts from Burke Williams were on hand blending personalized aromatherapy oils, lotions and herbal blends for guests. The luxury spa company also featured their H2V Eyetox firming eye serum and Defy anti-aging antioxidant face mask. And WEN stylists were also on hand, and all about the “do” – making sure everyone’s hair looked its best.

Paccioni Al Capone watches wowed guests. Designed with Al Capone’s pocket-watch in mind, the Belligio Global timepieces, presented in a violin-shaped case featuring two interchangeable straps, feature high-quality Swiss quartz movement and are cast in solid stainless steel.

Filienna introduced their delicate rose gold-toned blush silver jewelry collection that marries the traditional craftmanship of Filigree (weaving together lace-like metal into an intricate swirling tapestry) and the art of Henna design.

Hestan and Hertelendy Wines pleased palates with their Bordeaux varietals from Napa Valley, as did Blue Farm with their Pinot Noirs from Sonoma. And Vitani kept guests smiling with their award-winning premium martinis in a bottle, while Harmony Proteins saved the day with their nutrient-rich collagen water.

Guests were also greeted their new home appliance, the Power AirFryer 360, from Tristar. The brushed stainless steel, 1500-watt counter appliance, featured five all-over heating elements, 12 pre-set smart buttons, custom toasting, memory features, and effortless versatility with one-touch cooking!

Spryng introduced their wireless, pneumatic compression calf wraps that relieve aches and pains, improves circulation and speeds up recovery time. And BootySprout introduced their foldable, lightweight, high-resistance, at-home glute workout machine.

Even the toilet paper was luxurious – guests went home with plenty of Khi bath tissue in 100% plastic-free packaging. Guests also left with a durable, insulated, stainless steel water bottle from Simple Modern, a premium comfort wellness product for hot or cold therapy from Huggaroo, and a charcoal teeth whitening system from VIP Smiles.

Also at the lounge were soy-based (and veterinary-approved) candles from Athenaromas, luxury cosmetic CBD anti-aging skincare from Beauty Pulse, pore cleaning Indian Healing Clay from Aztec Secret, soft wireless bras from Genie, handcrafted wood blue blockers eyewear from Austere Wear, gourmet chocolate truffles from Cocopotamus, organic, vegan, gluten-free, protein-packed, mindful spreads from Butterfly Superfoods, and healthy hand-made treats and PantryFresh portable meals for pups from JustFoodForDogs.

Charities are always a big part of GBK lounges, and reps from SBP provided information on their long-term disaster recovery and resilience organization, committed to supporting the Bahamas in rebuilding homes, repairing and supporting orphanage recovery and restoring hospitals.

And while the celebrities were in abundance at their year’s event, the true Hollywood stars belonged to the residents at Covenant House California, the shelter providing sanctuary for homeless and trafficked youth.
