California's 100 Best Public High Schools: New Rankings Released

New rankings from Niche rank the 100 best public high schools in California.

ACROSS CALIFORNIA – Canyon Crest Academy is California's best public high school for 2019, according to a new set of rankings released by Niche.com this week.

The rankings were released as part of Niche’s 2019 K-12 rankings. Henry M. Gunn High School, Troy High School, Palo Alto High School and Miramonte High School closed out the top five spots in the state.

According to Niche, the best public high school in the country is Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy in Aurora, Illinois.
