An Enchanting Evening of Giving Back - TreePeople's Annual Charity Gala
Nestled at the top of Mulholland Drive, the Coldwater Canyon Park provided a breathtaking backdrop for a night of giving back.
An Evening Under The Harvest Moon Charity Gala presented by TreePeople @treepeoplela
Philanthropists, celebrities, tastemakers and influencers gathered at this exclusive event to enjoy an evening of laughter, cheers and celebration of a greener, cleaner and more sustainable Los Angeles.
Nestled at the top of Mulholland Drive in Beverly Hills, the Coldwater Canyon Park provided a breathtaking backdrop for a night of giving back. Celebrity arrivals added to the ambiance as LA’s elite tastemakers and influencers mingled with old friends and connected with new one’s. Decadent signature cocktails were hosted by Double Cross Vodka and Hubert’s Lemonade and for those that preferred a glass of chardonnay there were delicious wine selections hosted by Layer Cake Wines.
Delicious honey-inspired hors d’oeuvres (complete with live bees and bee-keepers!) were served by @schaffer_la as we made our way through the event. Fashionistas and selfie-fans couldn’t help but stop at the fabulous custom TreePeople Flower installation created by Flower Gypsies — an incredible backdrop to capture pics. Guests also enjoyed complimentary hand massages from Kiehl’s and a special treat from Next Level Apparel, who provided their super-soft organic tee’s for guests to print their own t-shirt to take home and wear.

As the sun lowered, more than 400 guests took their seats for a decadent dinner and celebrity-hosted program. Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin shared their story of support for TreePeople as they kicked of
the festivities, Rachelle and Ed Begeley, Jr. followed with passion and humor.
After a fun and lavish program, the harmonious sounds of chatting and laughing blended beautifully with the voice of Louise Goffin who performed live for the crowd. Finally, this magical evening came to an
end, and as it did guests were treated to gifts from QPED Life and Land’s End. For more than 40 years, TreePeople has worked with grassroots community organizing and government collaboration to create a
climate-ready Los Angeles with equitable tree canopy and local water supply.
