Coupa Cafe: Father's Day Brunch

To make Father’s Day more memorable, Coupa Café is offering a special Father’s Day Brunch on Sunday, June 17, 2012 with an affordable $27 prix fixe per person menu.

 

Chef and owner, Camelia Coupal is very close with her father and created a menu dedicated to all the dads on their special day. Says Coupal, “Our diners look to us to create a unique experience for them, and I hope everyone will enjoy our inspired brunch.”

The Father's Day Brunch menu is available on Sunday, June 17th from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Coupa Café in Beverly Hills. Reservations required.

To start:

Mini Pancakes – Coupa’s famous pancakes, mini version topped with strawberries and bananas

 

Coupa Sliders – fresh angus beef, blue cheese, caramelized onions, bacon

 

Eggplant Capresa – grilled eggplant, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, homemade pesto

 

Empanaditas – traditional Venezuelan mini fried cheese empanadas served with Venezuelan sauces

 

Entrée choice of:

Daddy’s Scramble – egg white only with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese served with a side of roasted potatoes, baguette, and fruit

 

Reina Pepiada Wrap – Venezuelan style chicken salad with avocado wrapped in a flour tortilla served with a side of yucca fries

 

Spaghetti del Mar – grilled shrimp and calamari, mild spicy tomato sauce

 

Carne Mechada Arepa – traditional Venezuelan white cornmeal stuffed griddle delight, wheat-free and gluten-free, filled with homemade shredded beef served with a side of mixed greens

Beet Salad – arugula, beets, lentils, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, farro grain, balsamic vinaigrette

 

Dessert:

Chocolate Mousse – 100% Venezuelan chocolate

 

Tres Leches – traditional cake soaked in three milks and topped with meringue
