Ex-Assistant Beverly Hills Fire Chief Arrested On Suspicion Of Stalking, Vandalism
Alfred Poirier was identified as the suspect in "multiple incidents of vandalism," according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — A 63-year-old former deputy fire chief was free on bond Thursday after being arrested on suspicion of vandalism and stalking in Beverly Hills.
Alfred Poirier, a who had previously been an employee of the Beverly Hills Fire Department, was identified as the suspect in "multiple incidents of vandalism" in the city, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.
The investigation is continuing, but according to police, "preliminary information indicates that Poirier posted computer-generated images at various city facilities on multiple occasions."

The nature of the images was not immediately disclosed, nor were details about the stalking allegation.
Poirier, a resident of Santa Clarita, was arrested on Monday and freed the following day after posting $150,000 bond.

The sexagenarian is next scheduled to appear in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Nov. 22, police said.
