'Fate Of Furious' Burns Serious Rubber At Weekend Box Office
With its latest weekend haul, the latest installment of the "Fast and Furious" film series has earned more than $193 million domestically.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- "The Fate of the Furious" continued to rule North American theaters over the weekend, padding its gaudy box office numbers by collecting another $20 million to retain the top spot, according to final figures released Monday.
With its latest weekend haul, the latest installment of the "Fast and Furious" film series has earned more than $193 million domestically in its three weeks of release, according to comScore, which reported over the weekend that the film has already passed the $1 billion mark worldwide.
The comedy "How to Be a Latin Lover" debuted in second place with $12.2 million, followed by the debut of a film from India, "Baahubali: The Conclusion," with $10.3 million.

The animated film "The Boss Baby" earned $9.4 million to take fourth place, while "The Circle" opened in fifth place with $9 million.
Rounding out the 10 most-popular movies this week, as estimated by the studios, were "Beauty and the Beast" ($6.8 million), "Going In Style" ($3.6 million), "Smurfs: The Lost Village" ($3.6 million), "Gifted" ($3.4 million) and "Unforgettable" ($2.4 million).
