For The Fine Dining Whiskey Drinkers: CUT In Beverly Hills

The event includes a 5-course dinner and whiskey pairing for the connoisseurs on Dec. 4.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Calling all whiskey fans, Beverly Wilshire's CUT will be hosting a 5-course dinner and whiskey pairing for whiskey connoisseurs on Dec. 4. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. in CUT lounge, followed by a look into the kitchen with Chef Hilary, followed by dinner on Rodeo Tier.

The menu will include dishes like:

  • Roasted Kabocha Squash, Maple, Date-Apple Butter, Duck Prosciutto, Dried Thyme
  • Clams, Oysters, Scallop, Leeks, Salsify, Hamhock
  • Dry Aged Angus Beef, Chanterelle Mushrooms, Dried Cherries, Red Wine Reduction
  • Scottish Red Leg Pheasant, Roasted Weiser Farm Potatoes, Braised Cabbage
  • Wildflower Honey, Apple, Custard

  • Oban 14 - A combination of rich sweetness with a smoky dryness and appetizing spice distinguishes this lovingly-matured Highland malt
  • Dalwinnie 15 - Smooth, aromatic, heather and honey sweetness
  • Singleton of Glen Dullan 12 - A very well-balanced whisky that is richer, rounder and sweeter than younger expressions, and also has an attractive spicy finish
  • Talisker 18 - An award-winning whisky with wonderful sweetness and warmth, intertwined with just a thread of smoke
  • Lagavulin DE (distillers’ edition) - Double matured in Pedro Ximinez cask wood, this is a mellow, peat-rich and sweet whiskey

The event costs $150 per person, excluding tax and service. CUT at Beverly Wilshire is located at 9500 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills 90212.
