GBK Red Carpet Soiree Attracts Hollywood Stars

Viola Davis, Anthony Anderson and Spike Lee were just a few of the celebrities celebrating Golden Globe weekend at the GBK luxury gift lounge. The red carpet soirée presented lush getaways to South Caicos from Sailrock Resort, electric bikes from Story Bikes, and innovative jewelry made from raw materials by Yomo Studio.

GBK’s charity on site was all about companion, wildlife and farm animals. Peace 4 Animals, dedicated to protecting animals across the globe and advocating for a plant-based diet, gifted tanks and tees to guests, and ADM Entertainment set the mood with their mix of popular tunes.

The Artisan Group, founded by entrepreneur extraordinaire, Valerie Guerrero, showed off their array of one-of-a-kind products from artisans around the world, including: sustainable handcrafted handbags made from up-cycled vintage Asian fabrics by Heritage ReFashioned; sleek sterling silver, crystal clear quartz drop-earrings by Jen Volkodav Jewelry Design; and art deco, celestial hoop earrings by Inchoo Bijoux.

Guests experienced the Kahuna massage chair, featuring state-of-the-art technology in a luxurious, contemporary design, and the new Kahuna LED anti-aging mask, which was unveiled at GBK.

PROSPEK Blue Light Glasses, from Spektrum, introduced their patented lenses that protect your eyes from harmful blue light, and Fit Farm introduced their 160-acre fitness playground, 40 minutes outside of Nashville. The all-inclusive wellness retreat features hiking, paintball excursions, mountain biking and paddle boating, and caters to an individual approach on your fitness journey.

JCB Spirits pleased palates with their vodka and gin spirits distilled from a wine base, and Heitz Cellars brought out their vintage 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, from Napa Valley.

Succulent Studios surprised guests with their succulent subscription boxes, featuring two tiny 8-week-old plants delivered right to your door each month, ready to add a pop of color and boost of oxygen to your home!

New York artist, Jennifer Contini, brought the room to life with her vibrant, heart-themed paintings, and Wonderlash wooed the ladies with a certificate for eyelash extensions.

Men were well-cared-for too with certificates for a bespoke fashion experience at Knot Standard, a luxury custom menswear company that features fit technology and classic tailoring.

Celebrity hair stylist, Chaz Dean, was on hand offering hair tips to guests, as well as WEN hair and body products to take home, and Snow Teeth Whitening made sure guests were red carpet ready with their award-winning, all-in-one teeth whitening system.

Warther Cutlery showed off their handcrafted, high-quality kitchen knives and cutting boards, for the cooking enthusiasts at the lounge. And other cool finds included mobile and tablet stands by Go Donut, weighted blankets from Comfitude, detox cleansing teas and health-infused instant coffee from Total Life Changes, and gift cards to STK restaurant, at the W Los Angeles.
