Here's What's Happening In Beverly Hills This Week

From storytime with the kids to city meetings, Beverly Hills is going to have a busy week.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — This week in Beverly Hills, some exciting things are happening including story time for the kids and origami lessons for the teens. Check out the events the City has planned from today through the weekend:

MONDAY, JULY 10:

  • 10 a.m.: Mother Goose Storytime featuring songs and stories. Free event, meets in the Children's Library Theater.
  • 11 a.m.: Toddler Storytime is a free event for ages 30 months and up, and includes a 3o minute storytime followed by caregiver/child reading time.
  • 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Rent Stabilization Program at the Roxbury Park Community Center. The City is conducting a series of facilitated dialogue sessions to assist in developing a fair ordinance.

TUESDAY, JULY 11:

WEDNESDAY, JULY 12:

  • 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Charitable Solicitations Commission Regular Meeting at City Council Chambers
  • 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.: Early Woods Storytime is free for ages 12-24 months and includes a 20 minute storytime followed by creative playtime.
  • 10:15 a.m. - 12:15 a.m.: Judith Palarz Book Discussion Group at the Library Meeting Room South on the second floor
  • 1 p.m.: Midweek Matinee at La Cienega Park. See a free movie sponsored by the Beverly Hills Active Adult Club.
  • 1:30 p.m.: Cultural Heritage Commission Regular Meeting
