Joseph Bologna to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award
The New York native will be presented with the Night of 100 Stars Lifetime Achievement Award.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- Veteran comic actor Joseph Bologna, best known for his roles in "My Favorite Year" and "Blame it on Rio" and more recently lending his voice to "Ice Age: The Meltdown," will receive a life achievement honor later this month during the annual celebrity-studded Night of 100 Stars Oscar viewing party.
The New York native will be presented with the Night of 100 Stars Lifetime Achievement Award by comedian Richard Lewis during the gala, set for Feb. 26 at the Beverly Hilton's International Ballroom.
The night will be hosted by producer Norby Walters, with clothing designer Peter Nygard acting as title sponsor of the event.
Bologna, 82, has been a film, television and stage fixture for nearly 50 years, with credits including "Lovers and Other Strangers," "The Big Bus," "The Woman in Red," "Transylvania 6-5000," "It Had to Be You," "Jersey Girl" and "Big Daddy."
