Kim Kardashian Sued for Allegedly Injuring Man in Beverly Hills Crash
Rafael Antonio Linares is suing for unspecified damages resulting from accident on March 2014.
Kim Kardashian was sued Tuesday by a Moreno Valley man who says he was injured in a collision involving a car driven by the reality star in 2014 in Beverly Hills.
Rafael Antonio Linares filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court. He's seeking unspecified damages.
A representative for Kardashian could not be immediately reached.

The suit states that the crash occurred on Sunset Boulevard near Benedict Canyon Drive on March 11, 2014. Linares has had to seek medical care and his car was damaged and is now worth less than before the collision, according to his court papers.
