LOS ANGELES, CA – With Halloween just around the corner, there's more than drinking a pumpkin spice latte to get into the spooky spirit. How about ghoulish cocktails, ice cream, and pies instead? All around Los Angeles, restaurants and retailers are offering Halloween-themed food and drinks – like adult trick-or-treating without the tricks. Here's a round-up of the otherworldly offerings:

• Salt & Straw’s October Spooktacular Series
  • This family-run ice cream company is now scooping flavors from its "Spooktacular series." The creamery has conjured up bone-chilling concoctions that bring Halloween treat nostalgia and mysteriously delicious ingredients – so good, it'll leave you dying for another bite. These flavors will be available at the Larchmont Village, West Hollywood, Abbot Kinney, Studio City, and Arts District shops until the end of October:

• Ocean Prime Beverly Hills’ Smoking Berries & Bubbles
  
  • This modern American seafood-centric restaurant will be serving up a Berries & Bubbles smoking cocktail for adults looking to drink some magic. The cocktail is made with Belvedere Citrus Vodka, Crème de Cassis, Domaine Chandon Brut, fresh berries and finished with dry ice for a spooky drink reminiscent of a witch's cauldron.

  • On Oct. 31, the restaurant and bar will be serving up Halloween fun from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Kids can bring in a carved or painted pumpkin on Halloween and receive a free kids meal, candy, and photo booth pictures.
