This is the conclusion of the Mid Century Modern Estate Sale in Los Angeles - May 21-22.

Art, Posters, Drawings, Old photographs, Pottery, Books, Records, Jewelry, Lamps, Clothing, Flower pots with flowers, Patio chairs, Glassware, Ceramics, Collectibles, Coins, Lenox 48 pc China. Very Rare - Upright RIPPEN – Artist piano by “Bernard Comsky Artist Pianos” made in Holland Specially for The American Climate -, piano is built with “Cembalo Piano. Moderator – serial # 88017.

The owner of the estate was a designer and inventor (Mid-Century Modern Style Designs) – we have a few of his inventions and designs - inclusive sketches included in the sale (Patents, drawings, design, rights for sale). Desktop Computer with printer and monitor – ready to be used. Office furniture, accessories and supplies. Items for Special needs people: (Walkers, Chairs, hospital bed with equipment suction machine and more). Lots of smalls, Flatware, Radios, Telephones, and much more. Kitchen stuff and appliances. 4 burner Gas stove, white – Kenmore - clean like new. with oven and more. Kenmore dryer.

ATTENTION: THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ALARM –

Considering the recent increase in burglaries - all jewelry, coins, valuable items are removed from the house and will be brought in the morning of the sale.

We do not do pre-sales and do not pre-sale prior to the sale.

We do not accept any responsibilities for keeping “Lists” or mange lines prior to opening of sale. Make your own line – we will open the door at the designated hour and let you in. We will let you in based on the line you organize outside the entrance.
We sell - “First come, first serve” bases. All sales are final. Please check carefully items you are planning to buy, ask questions – we will be happy to answer your inquiries.

Enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents.

The estate has lots of glass and breakable smalls – we do not allow children on the premises of the sale.
