Nationally Renowned Cosmetic MD Introduces Next-Gen Fat Reduction Tech To SoCal

EasySculptTM Melts Fat, Tightens Skin. FDA Approved 2024. by, Moira Qureshi-Shapiro

Today, people’s expectations for plastic and cosmetic surgery must meet specific criteria to enhance their appearance. They want quick results, no downtime, local anesthesia, and affordability. Finally, these four needs have been addressed with a new procedure called EasySculptTM , which uses the new FDA-approved device QuantumRF.
Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon Dr. Robert Setari, a leader in innovative aesthetic technologies, announces EasySculptTM with QuantumRF as the revolutionary procedure that melts fat and tightens skin. This groundbreaking dual-action technology aims to change body contouring by providing patients with a more comprehensive, efficient solution that requires no recovery time. It is performed in the office under local anesthesia, and patients can return to the gym the next day. Patients can drive to the appointment and drive home afterward.
“We’re melting fat and tightening skin in one pass using QuantumRF. No scalpel, no stitches, just real, sculpted results. This isn’t a trend: it’s the new standard and in 2-3 years everyone is going to be talking about it,” remarks Dr. Setari. EasySculptTM can be used on various areas, including the abdomen, flanks, thighs, and arms. The procedure employs a proprietary combination of specific technologies and energy targeted to selectively melt fat cells.
“We are incredibly proud to bring EasySculptTM to the market,” said cosmetic surgeon Dr. Robert Setari. Patients have long had to choose between liposuction and disappointing non-surgical procedures, often needing multiple sessions. EasySculptTM offers a paradigm shift by addressing both concerns in a single, minimally invasive session. The FDA approval of the technology affirms the safety and effectiveness of our technology and its ability to deliver natural-looking, exceptional results.”
The EasySculptTM procedure is designed to be a comfortable, in-office treatment. A small wand is inserted beneath the skin, delivering energy to the treatment area. The liquefied fat is gently melted while surrounding tissues are tightened, resulting in a more sculpted and toned look. Patients typically experience no downtime and can resume normal activities the next day.
"EasySculptTM has been a game-changer for my practice and my patients," said Dr. Setari, a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon and International lecturer on the topic. "The ability to not only melt stubborn fat but also address skin laxity in one procedure is a major advantage. My patients love the dramatic yet natural-looking results and the convenience of achieving them without the extensive recovery typical of traditional surgery."

Dr. Robert Setari Q&A About EasySculpt™

Can you tell us about the background of EasySculptTM? EasySculptTM is my proprietary procedure using the new cutting-edge technology of the QuantumRF from InMode. QuantumRF was FDA-approved in 2024 and is the most advanced fat-melting and tissue-tightening device on the market in the world.
How does the procedure work? The area to be treated is anesthetized with local anesthesia. Then, a tiny needle micro-hole is created to provide access to the fat under the dermis. A small cannula is inserted into the fat layer and activated. The QuantumRF wand is activated and melts the fat and tightens the skin all at once. Each area takes about 20-30 minutes to treat. Results are noticed in 1 week or less and are permanent!
As a patient, do you need blood work done or blood panels before the procedure? The procedure is so safe and so minimally invasive that you do not need blood work.
Why is this considered a liposuction alternative? The procedure can provide several inches of reduction and 40-50% more skin tightening than traditional liposuction with just one treatment. Years ago, Coolsculpting came out and had a lot of promise. Unfortunately, it failed in every respect - safety and efficacy. Where CoolSculpting failed , EasySculptTM with QuantumRF succeeds immediately.
Is this done as an outpatient in the office? Yes, it can be performed in a large examining room.
How exactly does it melt fat and tighten your skin in one session? The QuantumRF wand tip gets to 120 Centigrade. That’s above the boiling point. Fat is mostly water. You can actually hear the fat cells pop as the fat is being melted. Your tissues/skin are protein. Well, what happens to a hamburger (protein) patty when you introduce heat to it? It shrinks! The same thermal principle applies here. The heat shrinks the tissues, so patients get skin tightening in 2 dimensions.
Is this done under local anesthesia? No general anesthesia required. Local anesthesia is more than sufficient for a comfortable treatment. A lot of patients fall asleep on the table.
How long does the procedure take? That depends on how many areas a patient wants to have treated and how big each area is.
How long does the procedure take to treat each area? Each area takes about 20-30 minutes to treat.
What are the most common areas that people are seeking to get this procedure done on?Ladies usually want their neck, arms, abs, inner thighs, and bra fat areas treated. Men usually want their chest, abs, or neck treated.
Are there any cuts or suctioning for any real surgery in this procedure? There are no scalpels. There are no cuts. Just a tiny needle hole about the size of a needle you use to draw your blood. It heals without any scarring.
Are you saying you can drive to the appointment at your office and then also drive home? Yes, drive yourself to the office and then drive yourself home. You will not be in any pain after the procedure.
Are you saying that you can go back to the gym the very next day? That’s hard to believe Yes, you will have either ZERO pain or, at worst, a 1-2/10 soreness. You can be back in the gym the very next day!
How long does it take to see actual results? Some patients see results the very next day, but certainly within the first week, everyone sees the improvement. As swelling subsides and the skin tightening progresses, the results only get better with time.
Are the results permanent, or do you need to do other procedures in the same area again? The results are permanent. Once the fat cells are melted, they do not return.
How do you prep the patient for this procedure? There is no prep needed. The procedure is incredibly safe and effective.
What’s the real result in inches? What patients can expect from the procedure? Patients can expect 1/2 inch to 4 inches, depending on how much fat they have in an area.
How new is this procedure and technique? It is the most cutting-edge technology today for body contouring. Doctors are still learning about it, which is why I have been lecturing internationally and providing hands-on training in my cosmetic center to teach doctors about the technology.
Are you the only doctor doing this procedure right now in the USA and in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills? I am not the only doctor, but I am one of the United States’ nationally recognized experts for this. I am a certified trainer for the company. This is why I am asked to lecture at medical conferences internationally. The doctor want to learn my technique.
