Porn Star, Nikki Benz, Sued by Porn Producer and Fellow Actor for Defamation

The pair claims to have suffered a loss of reputation and "sustained shame, mortification and hurt feelings," according to the suit.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- A porn actress was sued Wednesday by a producer and an actor who allege she defamed them by saying she was sexually assaulted during a film shoot.

Producer Abraham Ismail, known as Tony T, and actor Ramon Fernandez, known professionally as Ramon Nomar, filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Nikki Benz, who could not be reached for comment.

The Brazzers porno production company and the online streaming service MindGeek USA are additional defendants in the suit, which also alleges intentional infliction of emotional distress and interference with economic advantage as to Tony T.

The plaintiffs are seeking unspecified damages.

According to the complaint, Tony T directed and produced two shoots involving Benz last month. The first, on Dec. 18, involved Benz in sexual activity with another woman, while the second on the following day featured Benz and Nomar, according to the complaint.

Benz did not complain during the second film shoot, but later told a makeup artist she was looking forward to ending a contractual relationship with MindGeek and Brazzers, the suit alleges.

On Dec. 20, Benz published an "extensive media feed" alleging she was raped during the filming the previous day, the suit states.

"These allegations were untrue as to both plaintiffs and mentioned plaintiff Tony T by name," the suit says. Nomar was referred to indirectly in the publication as the "male talent" and "Ramon," according to the plaintiffs' court papers.

Brazzers, with the consent of MindGeek, published a series of statements portraying Benz's allegations against the plaintiffs as true, according to the lawsuit.

Tony T and Nomar have suffered a loss of reputation and "sustained shame, mortification and hurt feelings," the suit states.
